3) Following review of your application, Once we review your application, we will notify you by email within two or to three business days. (Please note: You also no also needed here may receiave receive futher further questions from our representatives to complete your procedure registration.) At this time you will also receive your account ID and password which will allow you to access our wholesale zone on our website. In this account confirmation email, you will receive your account ID and password that allow you to access to our wholesale zone on our web-site.

Minimum orders:

Our opening order minimum is $100 excluding freight. Once you open the account, you can order any amount of the items. We also require that your account maintain a $500 annual minimum to keep an active account status.

Shipping discount and fee:

Shipping is free on all order for $250 or more. We encourage you to take advantage of this offer. Otherwise, Shipping rates on orders below $250 shipping rates are determined by the weight and volume of the item shipped. Please be aware that EMS from Japan and US priority Mail have the same shipping rates at any weight and volume. Additional charges apply for Express Mail service from the united states only. Payment Method:

We accept all major credit cards, business checks, money orders(for international payment only) , Paypal and Google Checkout. Your payment must be paid within 30 days of the credit approval. Pre-payment service is also available. No COD's.

Shipping Method:

All orders are shipped FOB destination. We ship your package by USPS or EMS with 'sigunature signature confirmation'. Upon signature for the package, the title of the items passes from us to you.

We usually ship within 48 hours after your order has been placed, unless you specify another date of delivery. Pacakage packages are shipped either from the United States or Japan. In the event that the product that you ordered is out of stock, we shall let you know the estimated shipping date within 48 hours. You have the option of canceling your order within 48 hours of this notification if the date does not meet your needs.

From Japan:

• EMS- Express Mailing Service International: 3 to 7 business days after shipping.

From United States:

• USPS Priority Mail: 2 to 5 business days (after shipping) from the shipping date
• USPS Express Mail: Next day or the day after (after shipping)

MIS-SHIPMENTS/PRODUCT CLAIMS:

We always do our best to ship your order to you correctly. If we have made a mistake regarding your order, please notify customer service within 10 days of the order's arrival. We will work quickly to remedy any mishaps. Returns cannot be accepted without prior approval. Please note that we don't accept used or stained products. We also don't accept the products used or stained. Any unauthorized return is not guaranteed to be credited. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
